About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registrar to join our team at Medical City Frisco. As a Registrar, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate registration of patients, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting patient liability amounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to obtain all necessary account information and verify insurance coverage
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure charts are completed and accurate
  • Verify all insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization
  • Calculate and collect patient liability amounts
  • Ensure all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments
  • Process patient charts according to paperwork flow needs and established productivity standards
Requirements
  • 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
