About the Role:
Truity Partners is seeking a dedicated Accounting Analyst II to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to their work. Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the creation of quarterly and annual financial documents.
- Perform variance analysis to detect discrepancies between actual results and budget forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Monitor budget performance and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
- Support both internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Associate's degree in accounting or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
