Job Summary

We are seeking an Early Preschool/Twos Teacher to join our team. As an Early Preschool/Twos Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a fun, safe environment that promotes learning and development in young children.


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child, helping them learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
  • Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
  • Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children.
  • An associate's degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
