About Us
NE Kingdom Human Services is a 501(c)(3) private not-for-profit organization committed to delivering high-quality community mental health services in Vermont's picturesque Northeast Kingdom. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of individuals and families, promoting healthy communities.

We provide comprehensive care for developmentally disabled consumers in small group settings, including medical support, physical care, training in daily living skills, and supervision of daily activities. A clean and safe environment is maintained at all times.

This role involves shift work, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Prior experience working with developmentally disabled individuals is an asset.
* The ability to manage challenging behaviors is essential.
* Willingness to work nights and weekends is necessary.
* A valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance are mandatory.
