At Thomas Jefferson University, we are seeking an exceptional Medical Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team. This role is a vital part of our healthcare system, and we are committed to providing the highest-quality care for our patients.

As a Medical Care Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing patient flow, and performing various diagnostic procedures. You will work closely with physicians to ensure patient satisfaction and maintain and order supplies for your area as needed.

This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and familiarity with medical office procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and medical assistant certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire. BLS certification through the American Heart Association is also required within 90 days of hire.
