Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in leading training sessions and instructional roles within a classroom or similar environment.
  • Expertise in Project Reporting at a senior level.
  • In-depth understanding of the US Army's operational structure, including active forces, ARNG, and US Army Reserves mobilization and readiness processes.
  • Extensive experience in developing training programs for DRRS-A, including scenario-based Program of Instructions (POIs) and training packages.
  • Technical and operational proficiency in mission-critical software applications related to Army mobilization and readiness.
  • Familiarity with joint staff and sister service mobilization systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating both short and long-term IT strategies by pinpointing training needs and technology refresh opportunities.
  • Deliver on-site personnel for Operational, Mobilization, Demobilization, Deployment, and Force Readiness services.
  • Provide comprehensive training on mobilization and deployment processes to a diverse audience, including military personnel and civilians.
  • Conduct formal training sessions in both classroom and mobile formats.
  • Engage in simultaneous instruction across various formats to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Deliver staff services from designated operational areas.
  • Facilitate training for both basic and advanced levels.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for course content and project reporting.
  • Design scenario-based courses aligned with current operational models.
  • Administer multi-day courses for groups, with potential for increased class sizes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on Force Readiness and related topics.
  • Implement necessary adjustments to training programs based on evolving mission requirements.
  • Participate in testing for mission application integrations as needed.
  • Ensure course materials are prepared and updated as required.
  • Maintain a student registration system for tracking training activities.
  • Oversee classroom management and technology readiness.
  • Develop and manage monthly training schedules.
  • Facilitate evaluations and feedback collection from participants.
  • Support operational readiness through effective training management.
