The role of Preconstruction Manager encompasses leading the complete preconstruction process, from the initial project phase to contract finalization, while collaborating closely with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of Preconstruction Agreements
  • Management of Construction Contracts through to Execution
  • Engagement in design meetings
  • Facilitation of internal team meetings
  • Updating CRM software with project statuses and metrics
  • Addressing inquiries from owners, lenders, and investors
  • Securing quotes for Builder's Risk, if necessary
  • Providing support for internal kick-off meetings
  • Mentoring and guiding project team members
