The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling our mission-critical project offering, developing and delivering complex electrical systems concepts for mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of electrical systems concepts for mission-critical projects
- Support development of best-in-class design delivery with internal and external partners
- Engage in all aspects of project planning and delivery, including proposal preparation and customer relationship development
- Mentor Entry Level Associates and Lead Engineers
- Professional Engineering designation
- Confident presentation and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in design and review of complex power and building systems, including generator plants, medium voltage distribution, and uninterruptible power systems
- Familiarity with industry-standard software for load flow studies, fault calculations, and Arc Flash analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or related field
- Minimum of ten years of engineering experience, with five years in mission-critical/data center work preferred
