Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Feast Enterprises. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Food Preparation and Service:
    • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation standards.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues, managers, and guests.
    • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move freely throughout the restaurant.

Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Team Member will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving freely throughout the restaurant.
