We are seeking an experienced Spanish speaking paralegal to join our team at Kristof Law Group, a boutique personal injury law firm in Henderson, Nevada. As a paralegal, you will play a crucial role in handling personal injury matters, including filing documents, completing written discovery, and working with experts.

Responsibilities:

* File documents with District Courts
* Complete written discovery, including propounding and answering
* Serve disclosures and supplements in a timely manner
* Work with experts to gather evidence
* File petitions for exemptions
* Familiarize yourself with minors' compromises

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a plaintiffs' personal injury firm or insurance defense firm
