Job Summary: Our client is seeking a litigation paralegal to join their growing team in Henderson, NV

Job Responsibilities:
  • Case Management
  • Document preparation and filing
  • Experience with Filevine
  • Trail and post-settlement/trail support

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury litigation preferred.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal injury law, litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal software Filevine, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, staff and court personnel.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze information, perform research, and contribute to case strategy.
