Computed Tomography Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic CT Technologist to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte in Shelby, North Carolina. Estimated salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and preparing patients for procedures. You will also maintain equipment and supplies, and troubleshoot technical issues. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in all aspects of our work.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift and move patients, equipment, and supplies as needed. About the Role- Perform CT scans and prepare patients for procedures
- Maintain equipment and supplies, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advances in CT technology and best practices
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited two-year AMA program in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology
- ARRT certification in Radiology, or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and advanced registry from the ARRT in CT scanning within one year of hire
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift and move patients, equipment, and supplies as needed
