Responsibilities
  1. Assist clients in acquiring new skills, improving communication and socialization, and reducing problem behaviors through individualized treatment plans.
  2. Interact with children and families, building strong relationships as their therapist.
  3. Record behavior data from interactions and convert session notes to enhance data analysis.
  4. Collaborate with BCBAs and maintain effective communication with team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • Sound technical and computer skills.
  • Become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of employment if not already registered.
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check & drug test.
  • Availability Monday-Friday, ideally between 8am-5pm.
Physical Demands
  • The ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • The ability to assume and maintain various postures for extended periods.
