HIKINEX is in search of an experienced Lead Financial Analyst in Construction to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing financial operations related to construction projects, focusing on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and regulatory compliance.

As a key member of our finance department, you will report directly to the Controller or their delegate, ensuring that financial accounting and treasury management align with the directives of the VP of Accounting or Finance Controller.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver precise and timely financial reports for ongoing projects.
  • Oversee all functions related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and audits of vendor invoices in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Evaluate and establish billing rates and terms based on contract specifications.
  • Generate client invoices and manage the collection process efficiently.
  • Guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Implement system controls to maintain data integrity.
  • Analyze project financial data and prepare monthly reconciliations.
  • Facilitate accurate reporting during the month-end closing process.
  • Assist management with special projects and provide ad-hoc financial reporting.
  • Lead the annual audit process.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant operational accounting experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CMIC software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and Work In Progress (WIP) management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
