What does the role entail?

Relationship Building – you will engage with clients promptly or be actively present to seize business opportunities.

You will understand how to create value in accounts through long-lasting, profitable relationships.
Time and Territory Management (TTM) – you will develop a daily schedule (including presence on job sites and client offices) to maximize client potential and sales productivity within your designated territory.
Be a Hilti Advocate – you will possess the technical expertise to deliver high-level consultations in your assigned territory and represent the Hilti brand effectively in the marketplace.
Monitoring Your Progress – you will utilize Salesforce to document all interactions leading to sales, as reporting is a crucial aspect of this position.

What you need is:
At least three years of experience in outside sales – ideally in a target-driven environment
A hands-on approach – you will demonstrate our tools to clients, utilize platforms like Salesforce for tracking, and collaborate with various departments
A valid driver's license – a company vehicle will be provided, so readiness to drive is essential
Strong time and territory management skills
Ability to navigate construction sites, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds as needed
Flexibility to work a varied schedule
