Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical operations of our dental practice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a patient-centric team of dental professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and respect for clinical judgment and leadership.
  • Assume responsibility for the quality of care provided to all patients, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions, providing treatment planning options and discussing them with patients.
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency, maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development, networking with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent our practice in the community.

Requirements:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
