Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Design Specialist to join our team at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC. As a Sales and Design Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our cabinet lines in Lowe's home improvement stores while capturing market share from existing competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe's home improvement stores in the designated territory.
  • Train and become a mentor for new Lowe's in-store designers.
  • Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers.
  • Assist designers in closing store sales.
  • Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 3-4 weeks, requiring frequent travel with possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
  • Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
  • Receive product in new stores and existing stores - ability to lift 40 lbs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
