We are seeking a compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at St. Francis Medical Center, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in Southeast Los Angeles.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients across various departments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide patient education on medication usage and management.
  2. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports to track patient care and department performance.

Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Compensation Information: $60.57 - $84.45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
