  • Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse workforce, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Determine labor needs based on production requirements and manage employee relations through effective communication, coaching, and training.
  • Complete annual performance appraisals and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with management, office staff, and other supervisors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Issue reports and records as required, including evaluations, efficiency reports, and quality control inspection reports.
  • Revised production schedules and priorities as needed to address equipment failure or operating problems.
  • Provide leadership for problem resolution and facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Order materials and organize parts as needed.
  • Commit to ISO standards and other company initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a supervisor in a production or warehouse facility.
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field.
  • History of supervising, training, and evaluating a minimum of 20 workers.
  • Experience with PLC and CNC programming of equipment.
  • Facilities management a plus.
  • Experience with implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
