We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Waterloo, New York.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patients' conditions, intervening as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and care plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience is preferred; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- BLS and ACLS certification is required.
