Job Overview

Position Objective

Enhance customer satisfaction by surpassing their expectations and fulfilling the company's service commitments through the efficient and profitable execution of our fire, water, and contents restoration services.

Ensure the prompt and profitable provision of all necessary services to process contents and restore affected personal belongings to their original state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee estimates from subcontractors
  • Onboard new clients
  • Finalize content projects with clients
  • Organize laborers and cleaners in coordination with the schedule
  • Manage subcontractors alongside the scheduling team
  • Keep track of inventory for materials essential for contents restoration tasks
  • Coordinate the packing and cataloging of damaged items for processing
  • Engage in production tasks as required
  • Conduct minor equipment repairs
  • Interact with clients and perform in-home evaluations as necessary
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure technicians achieve their daily performance targets
  • Train both new and existing content leads and technicians

  • Manage and dispose of total loss inventory

Qualifications - Skills and Experience

A college degree is preferred, or four years of experience in the cleaning/restoration industry with a High School diploma or GED. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Advanced skills and certifications in contents packing and processing are required.

  • Mathematical proficiency

Strong math skills to effectively manage project timelines and labor reporting.

  • Computer proficiency

Intermediate to advanced skills in computer software, particularly MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with Xactimate software is beneficial.

  • Listening skills

Capable of receiving feedback and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

No specific certifications are required for this role.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular sitting, using hands for various tasks, reaching, and effective communication. The employee must frequently stand and walk, with the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

  • Regular exposure to the workshop and processing areas, which may include challenging conditions such as standing water, heat, and other environmental factors.
