At Califia Farms, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Batching Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Blend batches according to the production schedule.
  • Pasteurize products using up to three systems simultaneously.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment.
  • Accurately record data in Redzone and the Ross System.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of ingredients and batch sheets.
  • Communicate effectively with Plant Management and other team members.
  • Assist Shift Lead and Supervisor as assigned.
  • Operate the plant in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow and monitor GMP, HACCP guidelines, and other safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a processing industry.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to follow and communicate directions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Experience with Microsoft programs and Redzone application.
