At BCDC - Brookwood Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the NICU. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic tests of the cardio-pulmonary system to assess patient conditions
- Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment, including I-STAT blood gas analyzers
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited respiratory care program
- RCP or equivalent State licensure
- CRT, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Preferred: RRT
