Clinical Therapist

The Wheeler Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As an Intensive In-Home Clinician, you will provide model-adherent intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients and their families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client needs and goals
- Conduct home-based visits, community meetings, and family therapy sessions as needed
- Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Must hold one of the following credentials: LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC, or licensed or license-eligible psychologist
- Valid driver's license required; safe operation of vehicle in the community based on program needs
