The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students and residents, conducting scholarly activities, and contributing to the department's clinical practice and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students and residents in oral and maxillofacial surgery
  • Conduct scholarly activities, including research and publication
  • Participate in the department's clinical practice and contribute to its growth and development
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to advance the department's research and educational initiatives
Requirements
  • DDS or DMD degree and eligibility for Board certification or Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Ability to obtain an appropriate license for clinical practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Developed or developing area of clinical excellence in oral and maxillofacial surgery
  • Mentoring experience and strong leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional training credentials, such as an MD, Ph.D., or fellowship qualification
  • Substantial experience in the research environment
  • Unique clinical talents and strong mentoring skills
