We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Pediatric Specialist in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will be appointed as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the appointment (non-tenure) stream.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical service in pediatric subspecialties, including Adolescent Medicine, Allergy, Bone Marrow Transplantation, and others.
- Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows in pediatric medicine.
- Conduct research and contribute to the advancement of pediatric knowledge.
The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral-level education in medicine (MD, DO), be board certified or board eligible, and qualified for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A minimum of 1-6 years of experience is required for Assistant Professor positions, 7-10 years for Associate Professor positions, and 10 or more years for Professor positions.
