Job Summary

Weber State University is seeking a highly skilled Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting students, faculty, and administrators with various programs and processes, including academic records, admission, financial aid, graduation, recruitment, registration, and scholarships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students, faculty, and administrators with academic records, admission, financial aid, graduation, recruitment, registration, and scholarships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, faculty, and administrators.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Stay current with university policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise.
  • Strong verbal communication, written communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability and willingness to become a skilled user of WSU's student information system and other technological tools used within Enrollment Services.
  • Proficiency and accuracy in evaluating related documents, tasks, and/or processes in the Admissions area.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and reconcile records and/or issues for various constituents with appropriate solutions, which may utilize the university data systems.
  • College employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, or enrollment services.
