Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an integral member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate is pivotal in collaborating with various departments to formulate budgets, monitor performance, analyze variances, and generate reports for internal stakeholders and senior management. This role requires a proactive and analytical professional who can enhance financial decision-making processes and support the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and present standard reports that clarify current financial performance and future forecasts.
  • Develop, refine, and oversee complex financial models, dashboards, and KPIs for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various financial sources to create budgets, forecasts, and identify trends.
  • Build credibility and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in month-end closing activities.
  • Improve planning processes related to capital investments and contribute to ongoing monthly analytics.
  • Collaborate across departments on various FP&A initiatives.
  • Review processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Guide and mentor new analysts to ensure compliance with standards and provide necessary support and training.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Note: The primary responsibilities of this role extend beyond those mentioned above.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

The salary range provided serves as a reference point for similar roles at DTCC across the United States. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as role, location, individual experience, skills, and other relevant considerations.
