Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Prioritize patient and family needs, ensuring timely and effective care delivery
- Create and implement care plans that reflect patient values and goals
- Evaluate patient responses to care plans and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal health outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid nursing license
- 1 year of ICU RN experience required
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
