Job Summary

As a Golf Experience Expert at Marriott International, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing a memorable and unique golfing experience. You will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, including transporting clubs, assisting with carts and equipment, cleaning and storing clubs, restocking golf carts, and monitoring pace of play. You will also be responsible for creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting clubs to and from guest vehicles
• Assisting with carts and equipment
• Cleaning and storing clubs
• Restocking golf carts
• Monitoring pace of play
• Creating a safe workplace
• Following company policies and procedures
• Upholding quality standards
• Ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• None
