Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Golf Service Support Expert to join our team at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. As a Golf Service Support Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf course, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support services to ensure the efficient operation of the golf course, including cleaning, detailing, and restocking golf carts, transporting clubs to/from guest vehicles and carts, and assisting with carts and equipment.
  • Maintain the golf locker room facilities, including cleaning and storing clubs, distributing lockers and towels to guests, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the area.
  • Assist with various tasks, such as managing scorecards, taking inventory, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience or supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, managing scorecards, and taking a hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
