About the Role

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Municipal Roadway Group in Frisco, Texas. As a Senior Roadway Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and review of all phases of roadway, stormwater, water & wastewater utilities, and pedestrian facilities development for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review of roadway geometric designs, including cross-section development and modeling.
  • Grading and drainage design, including erosion and sediment control measures.
  • Stormwater management design, including traffic control and signalization.
  • Utility design coordination, including preparation of plans, specifications, and estimate packages.
  • Preparation of schematic design documents and technical reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • 11 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on roadway design and development.
  • Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), InRoads/Geopak, and/or Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Active participation in professional society activities encouraged.
