Position Overview:


We are looking for a highly driven and career-focused Chief Executive Officer with exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach to leadership, and a solid understanding of the early childhood education sector.

The role encompasses management-level responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the educational institution
  • Ensuring adherence to all licensing and accreditation standards
  • Upholding and enforcing all policies outlined in the Employee Manual
  • Producing high-quality written communications for parents, staff, and supervisors
  • Managing the enrollment process and achieving enrollment goals as per the annual budget
  • Implementing effective business management practices, including financial reporting and compliance
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing student withdrawals
  • Supporting educational leadership in staff training and program implementation
  • Leading recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified personnel
  • Maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios to meet budgetary and operational guidelines
  • Facilitating the orientation of new hires and conducting performance evaluations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Administrative experience, preferably in Early Childhood Education
  • Proven skills in Business Management, Sales, Customer Service, Staff Management, and Financial Management
  • Ability to connect effectively with children and adults in a leadership capacity
