Pediatric Gastroenterology Division Chief

Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Chief in Pediatric Gastroenterology to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our patients.
About the Opportunity- Lead a team of 6 full-time physicians, 2 full-time nurse practitioners, and a full complement of ancillary staff in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology.
- Develop and implement a high-quality academic and clinical program that meets the needs of our patients and community.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
- Recruit and retain top talent in the field of pediatric gastroenterology to ensure the continued growth and success of our program.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure the effective operation of the division.
- Medical degree (MD, DO, or foreign equivalent).
- Fellowship trained, BC/BE in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric gastroenterology.
- Eligible for the rank of Associate Professor or higher.
- Proven leadership experience in an academic healthcare environment.
