Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including guestrooms, common areas, and mechanical equipment systems.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain various guestrooms, common areas, and mechanical equipment systems throughout the property.
- Perform tasks and lead all aspects of work related to preventive maintenance projects, including scheduling, generating daily assignments, and progress reports.
- Monitor, maintain, and test Emergency and Life Safety systems as needed to align with local regulatory codes.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of operating supplies and ensure that proper purchasing procedures are followed to maintain an adequate supply.
- Ensure all assets of the department, equipment, supplies, and storage are properly locked and secured.
- Train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating Team Members.
- 3+ years of property/facilities maintenance related experience.
- 2+ years supervising team members.
- Experience in various maintenance trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Construction, Painting, Landscaping) and use of various tools and equipment.
- Ability to empower, develop, and engage staff in a positive manner that produces business results.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a small team environment.
- Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external clients.
- High School Diploma or GED.
