Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, maintaining a high level of quality and service, and driving business results through effective leadership and problem-solving.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain various guestrooms, common areas, and mechanical equipment systems throughout the property, focusing on water distribution, fire detection, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, landscaping, and swimming pool maintenance.
• Perform tasks and lead all aspects of work related to preventive maintenance projects, including scheduling, generating daily assignments, and progress reports.
• Monitor, maintain, and test Emergency and Life Safety systems as needed to align with local regulatory codes.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of operating supplies and ensure proper purchasing procedures are followed to maintain an adequate supply.
• Train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating Team Members.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of property/facilities maintenance related experience.
• 2+ years of supervising team members.
• Experience in various maintenance trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Construction, Painting, Landscaping) and use of various tools and equipment.
• Ability to empower, develop, and engage staff in a positive manner that produces business results.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a small team environment.
• Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external clients.
• High School Diploma or GED.
