Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating products, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our product line.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) by utilizing our proprietary selling process and offering additional financing options to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current promotional offerings and products, and consistently educate clients on our latest solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with store management to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved, and enhance all aspects of customer service, including order management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Skills: Proven time management skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Other: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
