Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation of oral health strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and referring dentists to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions with colleagues to share best practices and stay informed about advancements in dentistry.
What You'll Gain

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from an accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Virginia.
  • Clinical knowledge and experience in comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
  • The ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
