Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Raven Ridge. This is a full-time position based in Manchester, NH, offering a competitive salary of $18-$20 per hour, plus a generous benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and track patient insurance information in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Set up accounts and work with our billing department on insurance claims, co-pays, etc.
  • Process insurance verifications and prior-authorizations.
  • Assist patients with eligibility and other benefits-related questions.
  • Work with insurance carriers and state benefit programs.
  • Run reports, perform clerical tasks, and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma; College Education a Plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or medical office setting.
  • Basic understanding of medical insurance concepts, including EOBs and claims processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in EMR and billing software a plus.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment and occupational health screenings.
  • Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm for training.
