You will work closely with our customers to understand their tax needs and provide personalized support to ensure their tax returns are accurate and complete. Your expertise in business tax preparation and knowledge of federal and state tax laws will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our TurboTax Live Business product and contribute to the success of our customers. Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and tax preparation services to customers
- Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
- Stay up-to-date with federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Utilize commercial tax preparation software to prepare and file business and personal tax returns
- Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics
- 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season
- Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting
- Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
- Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination
We offer a competitive salary range of $25.40 - $34.40 per hour, depending on experience.
