Job Title: Registered Nurse/Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at the Oxford Recovery Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care, identifying progress toward desired patient care outcomes, and conducting medical intake sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about holistic medicine and committed to providing exceptional patient care
  • Manage and coordinate patient care, including identifying progress toward desired patient care outcomes
  • Conduct medical intake sessions and follow up with clients via email and phone
  • Be present in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) room for first sessions and review paperwork and consents
  • Call to see if implanted electronic devices have been pressure tested
  • Monitor delivery of care by completing rounds in Physical Therapy, ABA, HBOT
  • Follow up on HBOT clients with ear problems and refer to Medical Director or ENT as needed
  • HBOT Exit Reviews and Mid Reviews
  • Ongoing communication with caregivers, clients, families, and other parties

Requirements:

  • Experience starting and monitoring IV's required
  • Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and kind demeanor
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Able to act decisively and maintain discretion
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Familiarity with electronic health record programs a plus
