At L&M Fleet Supply, we're seeking a skilled Department Head to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible work schedules and varied shift times.

As a Department Head, you'll be responsible for maintaining your department by keeping it clean, stocked, and easy for customers to shop. You'll provide guidance and direction to sales floor clerks working within your department and serve as the go-to person for customers with questions or needing extra help.

The ideal candidate has previous experience or knowledge of products within their department and can demonstrate excellent customer-focus, accountability, collaboration, honesty, decision-quality, and reliability.
