We are seeking an experienced Department Head to oversee our retail sales floor at L&M Fleet Supply.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, customer service, and team management. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized sales floor, as well as providing excellent customer service to our customers.

As a key member of our retail team, the Department Head will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. We offer a competitive salary range of $18-22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Lead by example and provide guidance and support to sales floor clerks
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
