Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc in Omaha, NE. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their expertise in IAM software and systems to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Cloud IAM practices, and strong programming skills. They should be able to administer and develop projects related to IAM, automation, and reporting, as well as lead and mentor members of the Production Automation team.

In this role, you will work closely with internal customers, product owners, and external partners to understand access requirements and build IAM solutions. You will also be responsible for engineering and coding IAM technology and workflow implementations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) plan with a generous company match, and more.
