Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Aberdeen, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Washington
  • 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
