Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Aberdeen, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Active WA hospital license.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
