Maintenance Plumber

At Westgate Resorts, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber - Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

• Inspecting and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  
• Diagnosing and repairing issues with plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings
  
• Assisting in the installation of new plumbing systems and fixtures
  
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures
  
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance
  
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 pounds)
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and climbing
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  
• Problem-solving skills for practical situations with limited standardization

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
