Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced OB/GYN Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to OB/GYN patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in OB/GYN nursing, with a focus on Labor and Delivery
- Valid CA RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS certification
- Eligible to work in the United States
