About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Processor to join our team at Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC. As a Mailroom Processor, you will play a critical role in supporting our client by reviewing and processing documents, as well as performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and sort mail documents accordingly
  • Open and process electronic and hard copy documents
  • Create and manage scanned images, documents, files, and archives
  • Identify documents and their purpose, following company processing procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
