About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Processor to join our team at Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC. As a Mailroom Processor, you will play a critical role in supporting our client by reviewing and processing documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of mail and packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and sort mail and packages from various sources
  • Open and process documents, including scanning and archiving
  • Identify and follow company procedures for processing documents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of mail and package activity
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the mailroom
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 20 WPM or higher
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
